Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note: During collection launches, restocks, or promotions, processing times may take slightly longer due to high demand — but every order is handled with care and precision.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship across the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Free standard shipping is automatically applied on orders over $150 (U.S. only).
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide 🌍.
International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.

Preorders & Launch Drops
Some items, especially new collections or limited releases, may be available as preorders.
Estimated shipping windows for preorder items will be listed in the product description.
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, it may be shipped together once all items are ready — unless otherwise stated.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@maruu.xyz and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MARŪ FLINT is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your shipping provider directly and notify us at support@maruu.xyz — we’ll do our best to assist where possible.
